I had a banana for breakfast this morning.
For Lunch I had a Lean Cuisine meal - Cheddar potatoes with broccoli. 5 points
For dinner we went to IHOP and I had an omelet made with egg substitute with swiss cheese, tomatoes, and diced ham (9 points) and 3 slices of bacon (4 points). 13 points for dinner out isn't bad at all and it was YUMMY.
