For dinner we had baked pork chops (4 points), 1/2 cup instant loaded mashed potatoes (3 points), 1/2 cup of green peas (1 point), and 2 slices of French bread with light ICBINB (3 points). 11 points
For dessert I had a single Reese's cup. 2 points
1-1-11...Today is the day I begin to LOSE IT!! Not my mind, I lost that a long time ago. No, I'm talking about the extra weight I've been carrying around for the last 10 years. Today I vow to become a healthier person, a healthier mom, a healthier wife, a healthier ME! This blog is how I'll stay accountable, if to nobody else, at least to myself. By the way, any point values that I give are from the new (as of November 2010) Weight Watchers program called PointsPlus.
