1-1-11...Today is the day I begin to LOSE IT!! Not my mind, I lost that a long time ago. No, I'm talking about the extra weight I've been carrying around for the last 10 years. Today I vow to become a healthier person, a healthier mom, a healthier wife, a healthier ME! This blog is how I'll stay accountable, if to nobody else, at least to myself. By the way, any point values that I give are from the new (as of November 2010) Weight Watchers program called PointsPlus.

Pot Roast and Chicken
For lunch today I had leftover pot roast (6 points), carrots (free), and rice (3 points). 9 points
