I had the JP drain taken out from my gallbladder surgery today. UGH!! So glad to have that thing gone.

For lunch today I had a Smart Ones chicken quesadilla. 5 points

A little while after lunch I had 1 piece of leftover pizza from last night. It was a small piece, so I'm counting 7 points.

Then I had an orange. Yum.

For dinner I had a Southwest Chargrilled Chicken salad from Chick-Fil-A with fat free honey mustard dressing AND the tortilla strips(9 points) and a small order of waffle fries (8 points). 17 points
