Tuesday

I had a banana for breakfast this morning because I was in a hurry.

For lunch I had an apple and 1/4 cup of almonds. 5 points

I had 1 square of Godiva dark chocolate this afternoon. 2 points

For dinner I had a Lean Cuisine lasagne (8 points), 2 thin slices of french bread with ICBINB (3 points), and a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and bacon bits with raspberry dressing(2 points). 13 points for dinner.

For dessert I had a SmartOnes Fudge Brownie a La Mode. 5 points
