Wendy's for dinner

A nice, crisp, sweet Ambrosia apple for breakfast this morning.

Lunch was a Lean Cuisine Garlic Chicken. 7 points

I had a banana for a snack this afternoon.

We had a Scout meeting tonight, so I used that as an excuse to have Wendy's for dinner. Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 9 points. Small fries (I ate half), 4 points. Small Chili, 5 points. I still had 4 left for the day. 18 points total for dinner.

  1. You're making me want to try Weight Watchers! I've been thinking of doing it- South Beach is working very well for me but it does get OLD after a while. :)

  2. I haven't met a person yet that hasn't been successful on WW. I really do love it and those who know me know that's saying a lot because I LOVE to eat! I am the friend that is always available to have lunch or dinner out! After starting WW I no longer WANT to eat out and I am enjoying cooking at home and eating healthier. I guess it's kind of like a game to me in some ways. And, like I said in one of my very first posts, I am just ready. I deserve to lose the weight and it's such a bonus that it hasn't been difficult thus far.
